Transportation Program

The Walnut Creek Transportation Program serves seniors and adults with disabilities and health conditions. Use any of our service options to schedule rides to medical appointments, grocery stores, activities, and more. This program is made possible by a generous grant from TRANSPAC, the Transportation Partnership and Cooperation for Contra Costa County.

Applications for the Walnut Creek Transportation Program for July 2026 - June 2027, open on May 15th, 2026. Memberships are limited and based on grant funding.

Safety

All passengers must wear seat belts. If you don’t wear a seat belt, both you and the driver may receive a ticket from law enforcement. We recommend that passengers wear masks in the vehicle.

When waiting for your Lyft ride, please stay in a safe, well-lit area where you can be seen by the driver.

Financial Assistance
