Rent a Space

2. Check Availability

Complete the Online Inquiry Form. Our team will respond within 72 hours. After you receive our response, complete steps 3 and 4.

3. Review and Complete an Application and a Credit Card Authorization Form

4. Submit Your Application and Payment

Send your application and payment information to rentals@walnutcreekca.gov 

With an appointment, you may also submit your application and payment information in-person at the Center for Community Arts (111 N Wiget Lane, Walnut Creek, CA 94598).

Once we receive your application and payment, the Facility Rental team will contact you to provide you with a rental quote to review and confirm prior to issuing you a formal contract. Your date and venue are not secure until you have signed a formal rental contract.
