a special National Night Out 2025 Movie Under the Stars

Join us Tuesday, August 5 for lawn games, face painting, music, PD's K9 and drone teams, food, and beer from True Symmetry Brewing! Arrive early to hang out with the Police Department and set up your space on the grass!

Timeline

6:00 PM Activities and food/beverage sales will begin. Loretta's Kitchen (BBQ) and Bubble Hive (egg puff waffles) will be on site in addition to True Symmetry Brewing. We will have special visitors from Joybound People and Pets, in addition to the K9 Unit from Walnut Creek PD!

7:15 PM Musical guest School of Rock Walnut Creek will perform live!

8:30 PM The movie will start just after sundown

Where

Civic Park (1375 Civic Drive, Walnut Creek) on the grass between the white gazebo and the ceramics studio.

What

  • The event is FREE.

  • Bring blankets, low chairs, and money for the food and drink vendors (or feel free to bring your own)!
